Every one needs motivation. Even professional athletes have trainers!! 2: Not knowing what to do or where to start
If you haven't worked out in a long time or have never worked out, then it is hard to know where to start and what to do when you are just getting back into the swing of things. 3: Failed Workout programs and diets
There are so many myths and bad advise out there. It is hard to reach specific goals, especially when you do not know what is true or false, right or wrong. 4: Injuries
You want to make sure that you know how to proplery workout after an injury so that you do not re-injure the area or make it worse. 5: Heart Disease, High Cholesterol, etc
Heart Disease, High Cholesterol, Diabetes, Osteoporosis, or the prevention of, are just some of the reasons why trainers are a neccessity!! 6: Improve during the off season
Most athletes want to work on technique, strength, agility, speed work, etc, during the off season. It is very hard to do that by yourself!! 7: Reached a Plateau, need a change
It is very easy to reach a plateau and it can take as little time as 2 weeks to reach one. You need to constanly change up your workout routine so that you continue to see results. 8: Stress Management
